The Chapter Division develops CAS Chapters around the world promoting cellular agriculture.
Engaging students and local communities with cellular agriculture goes in tandem with the open access approach to building the cell-ag movement. Our currently active University CAS chapters do just this by creating an atmosphere in academic areas to increase dialogue on cellular agriculture. Building a CAS Chapter can be an amazing grass-roots effort that calls upon the rising cellular agriculture leaders around the world to bring their peers into the field of cellular agriculture.
Members of the Chapter Division participate and establish local chapters apart of the global network of CAS Chapters that foster discussion, educational opportunities, and support for cellular around the world.
Current/Working projects include...
Hosting guest speakers from different areas of cellular agriculture to participate in public discourse
Holding tabling events at universities or local events to increase public awareness of cellular agriculture
